Lifetime Guarantee from Orbry

Provide your customers with peace of mind and let them know that any wet room installed using the methods and instructions outlined in the Orbry Installation Guides will be covered by the Orbry Lifetime Guarantee.

The Lifetime Guarantee by Orbry is only valid if you used all of the Orbry components necessary to install a wet room. It’s advisable to keep all evidence of your Orbry product purchases.

The guarantee covers all non-electrical Orbry branded products if proven that the products have been installed and maintained in accordance with the Orbry installation instructions. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, any modifications, neglect, or misuse.

If the wet room, or shower room, is being used in a commercial setting, the guarantee is only valid for a period of five (5) years.

Note: Liability doesn’t extend to consequential loss or damage that arises from defective products. The liability is limited to the price of the original goods as they were supplied.
